ROS rviz resource not found

I use the launch file to start rviz and encounter the problem of "resource not found". According to here and here, this is because ros cannot find the package location. To solve the problem, go to the catkin workspace directory and source devel/setup.bash, and then go back to where the launch file is located, such as the sub folder of the package, and roslaunch.
